Discovery and Identification

In this phase, we get to know you and your needs. We learn what your are looking for in a candidate. We want an in-depth understand how a candidate will bring value to your organization and be successful. We want to learn about what in your organization will retain the most successful candidate.

Recruitment

Based on what we learned, we research and plan. We identify our target for all roles required. We are selling the opportunity to our network. We are prospecting, placing cold and warm calls, gathering referrals, and performing advanced e-recruiting.

Candidate Presentation & Approval

In this stage, we conduct candidate profiling, we look to surface potential issues. We are matching candidates to the desired skill sets. We talk directly with their family and references. We drive to ensure that if hired, they will prove their value as an exceptional performer.

Interviewing

Based on the presentation stage, we are preparing and coordinating interviews. You interview the candidates. We provide pre and post debriefs with you and the candidate. We identify commitment, discuss paths to closure, discuss total compensation, confirm candidate motivations, and sell the candidate on the role.

Candidate Offer and Acceptance

Here we are managing candidate and client expectations, We are consulting and negotiating all elements of the employment offer. We have direct “Hands-on” involvement to ensure that the candidate identified gets hired and stays hired.
