I was looking at a Salesforce architect posting recently. It listed Flow Orchestration, Einstein Trust Layer, agent design, data governance for AI workloads, and multi-system integration experience, all as requirements, not nice-to-haves.
In 2023 that would have read like a wish list somebody invented. Now it’s Thursday.
The platform moved fast. The job descriptions mostly didn’t. A lot of what I still see posted is built around the Salesforce of three years ago. It’s heavy on configuration skills, light on the architecture and AI fluency the role actually demands today.
That gap is where searches go sideways.
What does your current architect job description actually look like? Let me know if I can help.
